熊本城
今、熊本市では熊本城築城４００年を記念してのイベントが、目白押しです。
そんな中今日（日曜日）は、中学校PTAの研修と言うことで熊本城に行ってきました。
ボランティアガイドの方をお願いして約２時間、宇土櫓、天守閣の中を見て周り、
広大な敷地の中に沢山の石垣や櫓が建ち並び壮観です。特に武者返し
と言われる石垣の反りは素晴らしい物です、高さ１５ｍはあろうかと
思われる物を、４００年前によく造ったものだと思います。
天守閣を改修しているので、今なら300円で入場出来ます。西南の役で焼失した
本丸御殿は復元工事中ですが、昔の図面と、絵図を基に忠実に再現されていてその中には
昭君の間といって、有事の時秀頼公を迎え入れる部屋まで造ってあるそうです。
完成後は昔の建築の勉強の為にも再度見に来たいものです。
